Well, I’m a mixed-media creative type. I’ve been doing all sorts of creative things with my hands, music and computers since I was a wee lad. I got my start on computers in DOS and remember the days when Netscape was still around. My first website ever was one of ultimate nerdage; a Spider-Man website I created on Geocities. My fascination with the web and interaction hasn't waned since.
Lately people seem to like hiring me for my ability to make pretty websites but I usually jump at the chance to do design in any medium. I like working under all disciplines of design if only for the challenge.

The site, explain it!
For my portfolio I wanted to try something I’d never seen before while making the site as upwardly functional as possible (once it loads). My friends can attest to my obsessing over every minor detail.
Why is it so dark? I wanted to create a cinematic viewing atmosphere. You’ll notice I spent a lot of time on the subtle details to be noticed only if someone wanted to see them. I wanted to make sure the work was the feature while the site itself was the darkened theatre.
Why the ghosts? I wanted to give the site some character and shake things up a bit. Are you shaken? Hmm, possibly stirred? Either will do just fine.
